The article is focused on the analysis of legal issues related to the conclusion of a surrogacy contract. While noting the fluidity of the sphere of legal regulation of surrogacy, the author places the Russian Federation among the countries that are friendly to the application of this method. However, Russian law, as noted in the article, continues to be very fragmented in this respect.
