The clinical case of preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy within 24 hours of earlier cryopreserved embryos without repeated vitrification is presented. The case is interesting by new approach to planning of transfer of earlier frozen embryos without preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy.
