Abstract:

ABSTRACT In the comparative study 225 cycles of IVF/ICSI in 210 patients were investigated. The parameters of ovarian stimulation and outcomes were compared in the natural cycle, the modified natural cycle, mild (minimal) stimulation, and in the standard protocol with GnRH antagonists. On the initiated protocol, the frequency of clinical pregnancy was 10.2, 15.8, 30.8 and 45.4%, respectively. However, implantation rates did not differ statistically in all studied groups. OHSS was not observed in two groups of the natural cycle, with mild stimulation, 1.9% of cases and 27.3% in standard stimulation protocols were observed.
