Intravenous leiomyomatosis is a rare morphologically benign smooth muscle tumor characterized by aggressive growth inside veins. Growing from pelvis it may reach inferior vena cava and right heart chambers. The contemporary standard of treatment is radical surgery. We present a case of 38-year-old woman suffered intravenous leiomyomatosis extended into right atrium and ventricle who underwent successful surgical treatment.
