Abstract:

The case of dermoid cyst of the ovary in young 19-year old woman is worth describing because of the atypical clinical features (rapid growth, pain, ascites), and also because of echo picture. Spheric cysts of the similar echo caracteristics were freely floating in the cavum of the tumour. So differential diagnosis with parasite cyst was actual.
