Abstract:

This report presents the case of an abdominal pregnancy that ended in the gestation period of 37 weeks with the birth of a live full-term healthy child. The diagnosis was established intraoperatively. The gestational complex was located in the abdominal cavity, in its lower pole was located the placenta, whose blood supply was carried out by a hypertrophied network of vessels from the basilar internal iliac artery (uterine artery) and abdominal aorta (ovarian artery).
