Objective. To define the analytical capabilities of non-invasive determination of fetal Rhesus blood of pregnant woman and to analyze current data of analytical testing of feto-maternal hemorrhage volume. Material and methods. The study included 46 pregnant Rh-negative women. Results. Diagnostic accuracy of method was 97.82%, sensitivity — 100%, specificity — 92.85%, positive predictive value — 96.96%, negative predictive value — 100%. The technique of flow cytometry has a high analytical performance. Conclusion. The technique of non-invasive determination of fetal Rhesus blood of pregnant woman may be recommended for the use in routine laboratory practice.
