Abstract:

Objective. To determine the reference values of a wide range of parameters of hemostasis in women in pregravid period, at different stages of normal pregnancy and 2—3 days after vaginal delivery. Material and methods. The indicators characterizing the various links of the hemostatic system — vascular-platelet, coagulant, fibrinolytic and anticoagulant were studied. We used registered in the Russian Federation test-systems, supplied or produced in our country. Results. The allowable values of the hemostatic system were set by 89 different parameters. The obtained data can be used as a guideline when examining pregnant women to evaluate thrombotic, hemorrhagic, and obstetric complications.
