Abstract:

The reduction of fetus from monochorionic fetuses in dichorionic triamniotic triplet or trichorionic tetraamniotic quadruplet pregnancies was successfully made. The fetus death rate of second monochorionic fetuses was 75% at 3 days or less after procedure. Multifetal pregnancy reduction is an efficient and safe way of improving outcome in high - order pregnancy.
