GESTAGENS EFFICACY ACCORDING TO THEIR COMPOSITION AND THE ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION

Т.А. Nazarenko, N.А. Zyriaeva, М.U. Magamadova

The literature regarding efficacy and acceptability of different gestagen-like drugs according to their composition, the route of administration and pharmacokinetics is analyzed in this review. The advantages of micronized progesterone in the form of the vaginal gel have been demonstrated as a result of some beneficial biological effects such as adequate endometrium transformation and long-term biological defense of vaginal mucous against infectious agents due to bioadhesive polymer polycarbophil.

THE INFLUENCE OF VAGINAL RELEASING SYSTEM NUVARING ON CARBOHYDRATE METABOLISM IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE WITH DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE 1

О.R. Grigoryan, Е.N. Andreeva, I.I. Dedov

The use of hormonal releasing systems with parenteral introduction in women of reproductive age with diabetes mellitus type 1 is valuable because the optimal control of menstrual cycle, high acceptability and minimal influence on a carbohydrate metabolism.

Тhe prolonged mode of application of «NovaRing» is simply and reduces probability of missing daily dose, therefore many women consider it more convenient, than oral contraceptives. This method allows to hide the use of contraception that can be attractive for some patients.

FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM AFTER THE TREATMENT OF POSTCRANIAL FOSSA TUMORS AND LEUKEMIA IN CHILDHOOD

E.E. Gubernatorova, M.G. Pavlova, T.V. Kaznacheeva, G.A. Melnichenko , N.A. Mazerkina, Y.P. Sych, O.G. Zheludcova, V.D. Tenedieva

The treatment of postcranial fossa tumors and leukemia in childhood can affect reproductive system. Cranial irradiation may cause gonadotrophin deficiency while chemotherapy and spinal irradiation may lead to primary hypogonadism. Reproductive status of 32 female postcranial fossa tumors and leukemia survivals was assessed. Results of the study demonstrated the high prevalence of primary hypogonadism after the treatment. The signs of diminished ovarian reserve in this cohort of patients were found.

Key words: postcranial fossa tumors, leukemia, chemotherapy, spinal irradiation, hypogonadism, diminished ovarian reserve (page 37—41)

THE ROLE OF BIOGENIC AMINES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF METABOLIC DISORDERS AFTER HYSTERECTOMY

N.M. Podzolkova, V.I. Podzolkov, T.I. Nikitina, A.E. Bragina, O.L. Glazkova

The study included 268 women after hysterectomy with climacteric syndrome. First group consisted of 126 women after hysterectomy, the second group included 142 women after hysterectomy and unilateral adnexectomy. 25 patients with small asymptomatic uterine fibroid formed the control group. Hysterectomy was found to be a risk factor of arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2. BMI was significantly higher in second group compared with first and control groups. Dyslipidemia was found in 15,1%, 26,8 and 8% in group1, group 2 and control group respectively. The prolactin, histamine, serotonine and 5-oxyindol acetic acid concentrations after hysterectomy were significantly higher compared with control group.

Key words: hysterectomy, surgical climacteric syndrome, metabolic disorders, biogenic amins (page 42—47)

PROSPECTS AND FIRST RESULTS OF AUTOLOGOUS TRANSPLANTATION OF OVARIAN TISSUE

N.N. Rukhlyada, N.O. Motovilova, A.Yu. Gryaznov, E.I. Biryukovа, D.M. Gasimova, M.A. Melnikova

In the article the indications for autologous transplantation of ovarian tissue, as well as a comparative analysis of methods of cryopreservation of ovarian tissue and the prospects of this method of preserving ovarian reserve. Is a case report indicating the results of the author's technique autologous ovarian tissue.

Key words: autotransplantation of ovarian tissue, cryopreservation of ovarian tissue, ovarian reserve (page 48—51)

TUBAL FACTOR INFERTILITY: CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF IVF SUCCESS and FAILURE

A.S. Onishchenko, V.A. Burlev, N.A. Ilyasova, L.N. Kuzmichev

Analysis of IVF protocol efficiency in 46 patients with tubal infertility was performed. The pregnancy rate was 41.4%. In the group with concomitant gynecologic pathology (endometriosis, uterus fibroid) the pregnancy rate was 17,6%. The tubal infertility was shown to be caused by angiogenic and inflammatory stress.

Key words: tubal infertility, IVF, inflammation (page 56—61)
