Abstract:

The paper gives a clinical example of gastropancreatoduodenal resection in a patient for locally advanced duodenal tumor after formation of bypasses and systemic treatment. This clinical case reflects the location and extent of the tumor process, the volume of the surgical intervention, the course of the postoperative period, and immediate treatment results. The given case shows that it is possible to perform radical surgical treatment, despite the technical difficulties emerging after palliative operations and systemic therapy.
