The paper analyzes the data available in modern literature on the principles of diagnosis and treatment of enchondroma and low-grade intraosseous chondrosarcoma, which are different types of tumors, but despite this, are similar in morphological structure, clinical course, and radiological signs, which makes them difficult to differentially diagnose.
