Abstract:

The paper presents the first successful experience of combined treatment in a female patient with recurrent pancreatic cancer. Surgery was performed with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy. There are data on the rate of local recurrences after pancreatic resections, on the predictors of their occurrence, and on methods of treatment.
