The paper describes a rare case of malignant histiocytoma of the right and left branches of the pulmonary artery, which mimics its thrombosis. Its treatment was performed in two steps: 1) removal of the exophytic tumor part that overlaps the trunk and left branch of the pulmonary artery; 2) removal of the right pulmonary artery branch together with the right lung.
