Abstract:

On May 16, 2011, the region's first "CyberKnife" robotic radiosurgical system was commissioned in the Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Oncology Dispensary. Sixty-six patients were treated in the first 4 months of the system's operation. Analyzing the first results showed that all the patients tolerated treatment well, had no radiation reactions, and achieved process stabilization.
