In the context of limited funding, cost savings could be achieved by switching to domestically made reagents. In this paper we present the comparison between the system working with reagents made in Russia and the one of the N.V.Sklifosovsky Research Institute, that works with foreign counterparts. We’ve assessed the applicability of the system in accordance with Order of the Health Ministry of Russian Federation of 26.05.2003 N 220. We’ve conducted a regression analysis of the results of the parallel studies of multi-disciplinary hospital patients’ serum. The data shows a very high correlation and small values of slope and intercept factors. We’ve showed that the experimental system complies with the current industry standard. We’ve also showed that the precise harmonization of two systems could be achieved. Considering the results of this study, we can conclude that the proposed experimental analytical system is a high-quality one.
