Abstract:

Presents the results of interlaboratory comparisons conducted in St. Petersburg’s clinical- diagnostic laboratories, , aimed at providing metrological traceability of measurements of several analytes in urine: protein mass concentration, g/l; the molar concentration of glucose, mmol/l; the molar concentration of creatinine, mmol/l; pH value (pH); density, g/l. Reference values of the analytes identified in the national metrological institute (D.I.Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology, VNIIM), definitive methods (chromatography-mass spectrometry with isotope dilution, capillary electrophoresis, etc.). Proposed the model of the reference system for clinical-diagnostic laboratories in the Russian Federation on the interdepartmental basis.
