Abstract:

One of the personnel problems of laboratory service is the reduction of orderlies in medical laboratories and to transfer them to the cleaners, which leads to loss of medical longevity, the loss of guarantees and compensations and reduce the wages of the employee. From 2015, this phenomenon is widespread. The review presents the opinion of the Committee on occupational safety Association FLM in two key aspects: the legal legitimacy of the transfer of orderlies of the medical laboratories to cleaners and possible implications of the transference for employees of medical laboratories.
