These rules establish single requirements for performing chemical and toxicological testing when conducting medical examinations and medical examinations for certain categories of individuals: private investigators, private security guards, employees of legal entities with special statutory tasks, the citizens of the Russian Federation to the registration of the license for purchase of weapons, persons from among specialists of aeronautical personnel, citizens, entering military service under the contract, in the military professional educational institutions and military educational organization of higher education, employees of departmental protection of persons admitted to work on Board a foreign citizen, person, employ, directly connected with movement of trains and shunting work, and employees performing such work and (or) exposed to harmful and dangerous production factors, employees of divisions of transport safety, persons found to be drug addicts, or consume narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor's prescription, or new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances, employees of internal affairs bodies, in accordance with the Federal Law N 230-FL on 13.07.2015 "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation".
