Currently laboratory services should establish an effective mechanism of internal self-regulation and protection of professional interests of specialists laboratory services. To this end, in 2015, a Legal service of support to members of the Association FLM was established. The greatest number of questions coming into the Service legal support, due to the problem of bringing in official compliance of lab specialists. The article describes the main legal issues in this field and their decision on the basis of existing regulations.
