Russian clinical diagnostic laboratories (CDL) have a whole range of coagulometers, produced by foreign manufacturers, that are capable of carrying out the hemostatic system assays automatically and with high load. The use of such equipment allows enhancing the quality and reliability of the obtained results. In 2014, in Russia the first Russian automated coagulometer AK-37 was certified (company "Astra-Lab", Russia), the potential of which is still poorly studied. The purpose of the work was to conduct a comparative analysis of the evaluation results of the various parameters of the hemostatic system, received withthe two automated coagulometers — the Russian AK-37 (company "Astra-Lab", Russia) and the foreign one — CA-1500, produced by the company «Sysmex» (Japan). Materials and methods. The study included blood samples from 10 healthy individuals and 88 patients with different hemostatic disorders. Measurements were carried out in a parallel mode with the automated coagulometers AK-37 and CA-1500 («Sysmex», Japan). Reagent kits by the company "Technology-Standard" (Barnaul, Russia) were used. Results. Comparative analysis of the data obtained with two different coagulometers proved high comparability of the results for both, normal and pathological values. Strong correlation was found between the following indicators of the coagulogram: activated partial thromboplastin time (r=0,94), prothrombin time (r=0,87), Quick's value (r=0,88), international normalized ratio (r=0, 91), thrombin time (r=0,92), fibrinogen concentration (r=0,97), antithrombin III (r=0,86), screening f disorders in the protein C system (r=0,84), plasminogen (r=0,91), lupus anticoagulant (r=0,88). Conclusions. Experience of assays with the first Russian automated coagulometer AK-37 allows recommending it for the wide use in CDL institutions of practical healthcare.
