Currently, biorevitalization and mesotherapy are among the leading injection techniques. Hyaluronic acid is commonly used to improve the morphofunctional condition of the skin. Novel active ingredients of preparations for biorevitalization are being continuously developed to achieve clinical response and positive outcome. Objective — the study was aimed at assessing the morphological and immunohistochemical parameters of human skin after administration of the “Unique sterile concentrate Bioaktiv”. Material and methods. The study involved five perimenopausal female volunteers (average age 51 years). A course of treatment with the “Unique sterile concentrate Bioaktiv” for intradermal administration consisted of four procedures (with an interval of 14 days between procedures). Multipuncture administration of the «The unique sterile concentrate Bioaktiv» was used. Punch-bioptates of the right postaural region were studied: — phase I — before administration of the «Unique sterile concentrate Bioaktiv»; — stage II — after two procedures; — stage III — 2 weeks after four procedures; — stage IV — 1.5 months after four procedures; — stage V — 9 months after the begining of the procedure. The obtained biopsy samples were fixed in 10% neutral formalin and embedded in paraffin using conventional technique. Serial paraffin sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin, toluidine blue, according to Van Gieson; PAS-reaction and immunohistochemical reactions were carried out. Results. Administration of the «Unique sterile concentrate Bioaktiv» was proved to enhance neoangiogenesis and accumulation of collagen fibers in the dermis, remodeling of the dermal connective tissue and to stimulate collagen synthesis. At the initial stages, injection of this medicinal product causes swelling, which differs from mucoid one (when stained with toluidine blue), which is accompanied by increased water exchange in cells and stimulation of metabolic processes in the dermis. Conclusion. The «Unique sterile concentrate Bioaktiv» can be recommended for the purpose of skin rejuvenation in all patients with symptoms of chronoaging and photoaging.
