Here we report a case of a 20-year-old patient with Quinquaud’s disease of the scalp. This rare dermatosis is characterized by flaccid chronic course followed by the development of pseudopelade. The diagnosis was based on clinical presentation and the results of bacteriological and histological studies of the scalp bioptate. This clinical case is interesting to practicing dermatologists and cosmetologists.
