Abstract:

This article presents the analysis of the use of immunotherapy in treatment of sexually transmitted infections from the viewpoint of evidence-based medicine. Clinical studies suggest that glucosaminyl-muramyl-dipeptide (Likopid) is the most safe and effective agent in the treatment of viral and bacterial urogenital infections.
