We report the analysis of the incidence of syphilis and other social infections in migrants in the Sverdlovsk region. It has been found that medical examination of foreign nationals does not allow complete reduction of all consequences of medical and social risks, including the spread of social diseases. We provide the rationale for the development of preventive health-care technologies to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.
