Abstract:

The paper considers the issues of topical therapy for dyshidrotic eczema. It proposes an algorithm for its treatment with corticosteroid creams and moistening reparative agents. A combination of Locoid Lipocream and Locobase Repair has resulted in a rapid elimination of the major symptoms of dyshidrotic eczema, which allows its widespread use in outpatient practice.
