Abstract:

Two clinical observations of recurrent atrophic polychondritis are presented. Etiology, and pathogenesis of the disease are described, clinical and pathomorphological criteria for its diagnostics are considered with special reference to differential diagnosis and the strategy for the treatment of this pathology.
