Abstract:

Traumatic tricuspid regurgitation is a rare cardiac disease. It is presented case report of 52-years-old patient diagnosed with anterior papillary muscle rupture in 22 months after blunt chest trauma due to car accident. The patient underwent successful tricuspid valve replacement with bioprosthesis.
