Abstract:

It was analyzed the complications in 143 patients who were operated on the aortic arch. It was detected that decrease of temperature in case of antegrade cerebral perfusion does not give the significant advantages relatively the complication rate. The smallest number of complications were observed in case of antegrade perfusion duration less than 30 minutes.
