Abstract:

Results of differentiating application of hemodynamic monitoring and intensive therapy were analyzed in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and multifocal atherosclerosis undergoing endovascular revascularization. 215 patients with CHD were enrolled in the study. Efficacy of standard, advanced invasive hemodynamic monitoring and Doppler echocardiography was compared depending on localization of infarction from the point of coronary complications. High frequency of cardiac complications was observed after endovascular revascularization in patients with multifocal atherosclerosis. Basic parameters of hemohydrodynamics typical for coronary affection were revealed. Application of Doppler echocardiography indices for monitoring was comparable with invasive techniques and had advantages related to absence of complications. It is drawn a conclusion that non-invasive monitoring of central hemodynamics with control of hydrodynamic status provides complete amount of treatment measures in anesthesiological support in patients with ACS and multifocal atherosclerosis.
