Abstract:

The article presents an interdisciplinary approach to the treatment of a patient with Caroli’s syndrome with a predominant localization of pathological changes in the bile ducts in the left lobe of the liver. An important role in achieving optimal treatment results was played by endoscopic and interventional radiological techniques, which made it possible to prepare the patient for left-sided hemihepatectomy in stages, minimally invasively, as well as to stop the postoperative complications that occurred.
