Abstract:

Paper presents case report of the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with giant sclerosing hemangioma of the left lung. 62 years old female patient had no complaints at admission. Chest computed tomography revealed 10.9×7.2×13.2 cm liquid tumor of the left pleural cavity. Biopsy was non-diagnostic. Thoracoscopic removal of the left lung lower lobe tumor was performed. Pathomorhologic diagnosis of the tumor was sclerosing hemangioma.
