The publication presents a case presentation of the successful treatment of severe necrotizing acute pancreatitis by a series of minimally invasive interventions. In the patient with the acute necrotizing pancreatitis infected parapancreatic necrosis and the left side retroperitoneal necrosis we have consistently performed, under ultrasound and fluoroscope control, the series of percutanious drainage procedures by means of high diameter drains of the omental bursa and of the left retroperitoneal space and further transfistula videonecrsequestrectomy. The application of the minimally invasive interventions made it possible to stop the spread of the infected acute necrotic collections and to eliminate the walled-off necrosis in the patient with acute necrotizing pancreatitis, parapancreatic necrosis and left side retroperitoneal necrosis and made it to avoid an open surgical treatment.
