The article is devoted to the study of the results of videoendoscopic abdominal surgeries. Material and methods. Authors analyzed the results of 1740 laparoscopic operations, 148 of which were performed simultaneously. Results. A clear trend of decrease in the total number of simultaneous surgeries was noted. At the same time, lethality, repeated surgical interventions, as well as the development of cases of any serious postoperative complications were not noted. These types of interventions are easier for patients than step-by-step treatment, and the percentage of savings in the group of simultaneous surgeries was up to 42%. Conclusion. Accordingly, the implementation of minimally invasive simulataneous interventions most meets the requirements of economic efficiency in surgery. The authors propose to provide for the introduction of simultaneous surgical interventions own increasing coefficient for the calculation of the cost of treatment on the territorial program of compulsory health insurance.
