Purpose. To estimate efficiency of innovative and traditional surgical interventions application in patients with systemic disorders in the early stages manifestation of destructive pancreatitis. Materials and methods. 418 patients were divided into 3 groups. The first included patients who underwent exceptionally minimally invasive surgical interventions — 271 (64.8%), the second formed observations with the application of traditional surgeries — 80 (19.1%), and the third were patients treated with only conservative therapy — 67 (16.0%). Results. Application of minimally invasive surgical technologies in comparison with the use of open surgeries was accompanied by a decrease in the mean postoperative bed-days from 46.8±40 to 7.1±20.6, as well as by a regression the frequency of postoperative complications from 22.1% to 2.9%. In the first group, multi-organ failure and trophic disturbances in 39.5% and 28.4% of patients were developed, and in the second group — in 76.3% and 62.5% of patients. The lethality rates and odds ratios (OR) of the failure in the main group came to 13.7% and 0.487, and in the control group — 32.5% and 2.987, respectively. Conclusion. Minimally invasive surgical aids were more effective than traditional surgery.
