Identification of application possibility with regard to performing an adrenalectomy with the use of modern tools for stump culturing and ensuring reliable hemostasis its benign neoplasms. Materials and methods. Clinical material for the study was clinic-instrumental data of 87 patients with adrenal gland neoplasm, received from 2009 to 2016 in the Ryazan Regional Hospital (20 patients), the Swiss University Clinic (58 patients) and the Clinical Hospital of the Medical Center of the Administration Department the Mayor and the Government of Moscow (9 patients). Result. Three cases of intraoperative complications revealed. In two cases — there were damage of the spleen capsule and in one case — damage to the liver capsule. In all patients, bleeding was quickly stopped by superficial coagulation hemostasis, supplemented by the incorporation of application hemostatic systems. In the nearest postoperative period, two patients had moderate transient hypotension, which was regarded by us as a reaction to the introduction of alpha-blockers. One patient diagnosed with hemorrhagic cystitis, completely stopped after a short course of oral uroseptics. Conclusions. The performance of laparoscopic adrenalectomy with the use of modern energy for tissue ligation and hemostasis methods, allows minimizing the operation intervention durationand the volume of intraoperative blood loss, in comparison with monopolar and bipolar energies, allows to safely perform a more organ-preserving operations, monitoring patients in the long-term period shows that the performance of organ-preserving operations improves the quality of life of patients due to minimal disruption of the hormonal background.
