In according to paragraph 3 of the Rules for the development and approval of standard labor provisions approved by the Government of the Russian Federation from November 11, 2002, No. 804 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2002, No. 46, section 4583) and paragraph 19 of the action plan («road map «) «Changes in social sectors aimed at improving the efficiency of public health «, approved by the Government decree of the Russian Federation from December 28, 2012 No. 2599-r (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2013, No. 2, section 130, No. 45, section 5863, 2014, №19, section 2468) during 2 working weeks, two doctors-endoscopists were observed by photochromictiming in 12 pilot areas of the country, taking into account new standards for the provision of medical and diagnostic care. The results of the study indicated to improve the normative documents on standart-settings of the load of endoscopic physicians increasingly the time for caring out medical diagnostic tests.
