Increases numbers of patients over the last years who had antirefluxes operations necessitate to describe the external appearance, form and location of fundic wrap during endoscopic determination. We were tested 79 patients after antirefluxes operations at different times, also was conducted research of unwanted symptoms, associated with GERD and moved antirefluxe operation, by filling in the form. Surveyed patients divided into two groups depending on the method performed antireflux surgery : modification of «Nissen-Rossetti» and modification of «Short floppy Nissen». The most frequent endoscopic finding fundic wrap pathology, leading to its failure, was slipping off the wrap. Revealed a strong correlation between the symptoms of heartburn in postoperative period and endoscopic findings of fundc wrap pathology. We compared the frequency of detection of endoscopic signs of fundic wrap failure in groups «Short floppy Nissen» and «Nissen-Rossetti», than we received a statistically significant difference in favor of the method «Short floppy Nissen». When we were comparing the frequency of heartburn symptoms in the postoperative period in the groups «Short floppy Nissen» and «Nissen-Rossetti», we received a statistically significant difference in favor of the method «Short floppy Nissen». Therefore, it can be expected that the laparoscopic fundoplication in the modification «Short floppy Nissen «to minimize the most common lack of technical operations — slipping-off fundic wrap.
