According to the World Health Organization, non-parasitic liver cysts detected in 1—2% of the population, although the disease manifests itself clinically in only 10 — 16% of patients during its progression. The article presents the experience of performing simultaneous operations in patients with non-parasitic cysts of the liver, combined with other diseases of the abdominal cavity, with the use of modern mini-invasive treatment. The analysis of treatment of 76 patients in the period from September 2012 to March 2015 on the basis of Belarusian State Medical University Clinics. The criteria for a choice of surgical treatment tactics were the size of cysts, their location, severity of clinical symptoms. Simultaneous surgical treatment of solitary liver cysts, combined with other abdominal cavity diseases, leading to a reduction in the duration of postoperative hospital stay. As well as, observed in all patients early activation in the postoperative period, and quick recovery of the gastrointestinal tract function. Performing simultaneous operations when combined liver cysts with other diseases of the abdominal cavity reduces the anesthetic burden and risk of re-surgery.
