Abstract:

Objective of the experiment was to find out appropriate regimen of contact-free electrosurgical exposure on liver tissue for achieving optimal hemo- and cholestasis with minimal injury to the adjacent tissues. With the use of original experimental electrosurgical complex in the spray-coagulation regimen we investigated effect of indifferent gases on biological tissues of laboratory animals. Krypton was revealed to be the working substance in gas plasma coagulation. Significant advance in wound process and regeneration with the formation of delicate remodeling scar after krypton plasma coagulation was noted. Developed electrosurgical complex may be admitted to clinical trials.
