Structure of GI bleeding has been studied and differentiated approach to the choice and sequence of methods of hemostasis in 417 patients has been identified. Comparative analysis of different methods of endoscopic combined hemostasis has been carried out. These methods include 0,01% epinephrine solution submucosal infiltration with vascular embarrassment and vasoconstriction, argon beam coagulation of the visible part of vessel and application of hemostatic glue to protect thrombus formed from vigorous gastric acid. National and foreign data on contemporary methods of GI bleeding endoscopic hemostasis has been summarized.
