Abstract:

Results of laparoscopic adrenalectomies in 17 patients with adrenal tumors, maximal size of which exceeded 5,0 cm, are presented. Duration of the operation, rate of complications, postoperative course are analysed. Peculiarities of surgical technique during the operation are emphasized. Results comparative analysis in study and comparison group composed of patients after laparoscopic adrenalectomy for tumors less than 5,0 cm in size (50 cases) is carried out.
