Abstract:

Article presents results of laparoscopic adrenalectomy in patients with adrenocortical cancer. The results obtained have been analysed in the main group and comparison group of patients after laparoscopic adrenalectomy for benign adrenal tumors (79 cases). Indications and contraindications for experimental method, particularities of laparoscopic techniques for primary malignant adrenal tumors are emphasized.
