Endovideosurgical treatment of acute destructive cholecystitis was undertaken in 352 patients. 250 patients underwent standard laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 18 - laparoscopic fundus first cholecystectomy and 84 - subtotal laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Conversion was performed in 3.1% of cases. Application of non-standard endosurgical interventions for complicated destructive cholecystitis allows preventing potential life-threatening conditions.
