Currently, at the federal level, there are no developed and approved regulations on the implementation of most medical services. In accordance with ISO 9001-2015 «Quality management systems». Requirements. and recommendations of Roszdravnadzor, medical organizations should develop relevant documents. The authors have developed and are proposing a package of documents on the basis of which it is possible to create a local act (a standard operating procedure or a clinical protocol in the context of a quality management system.) Each medical organization can adapt it depending on the direction of its medical work and the nature of the assistance, training and technical equipment.
