Abstract:

The article describes a clinical case of differential diagnostic search for the cause of infiltrative ulcerative laryngitis in a young patient. Infectious, systemic, and neoplastic causes are excluded. Behcet’s disease was diagnosed 11 years after the first clinical signs appeared. In this case, the difficulty of diagnosis is due to the absence of typical signs of the disease.
