In order to determine the effectiveness of hypercapnic-hypoxic training (HHT) using diagnostic and treatment complex, we evaluated parameters of microhemocirculation in salivary glands using laser Doppler flowmetry before and 6 month after sialolithectomy in 2 groups: The first group (20 patients) did not receive HHT, and the second group (26 patients) did. In both groups in postoperative period, we administered a complex of drugs (Kanefron N — 50 drops, 3% solution of potassium iodine — 15 ml, decoction of Poligonum aviculare L. — 50 ml) 3 times a day daily. Treatment duration was 30 days. The course of treatment was repeated after 6 month, 1 year. Statistical data analysis was conducted using non-parametric methods. Complex treatment in combination with HHT reliably had the most beneficial effect on microhemocirculation and oxygenation parameters in salivary glands (p<0.05).
