The review describes the modern types of mouth guards and intraoral respiratory simulators used in training athletes. A method for enhancing the impact of physical activity on the body in a high resistive and elastic breathing resistance using different devices. Considering the presented disadvantages, as well as the need for increased aerodynamic drag in training professional athletes to improve their functional training, offered to improve multi-layer mouthguard, which could have an impact on an athlete resistive breathing during training activities.
