According to the plan of organizational sanitary and epidemiological (preventive) measures to prevent the importation and spread of infection caused by the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in Moscow (Order of the Department of Health of Moscow from 27.03.20 No302 «On the organization of a branch in the State Budgetary Institution «SCH» No15 named after O.M. Filatov State Clinical Hospital» for hospitalization of patients and contact persons arriving from the territory of countries with registered cases of coronavirus infection COVID-19»), from March 27, 2020. City Clinical Hospital No. 15 named after O.M. Filatov was reoriented to admit patients with viral pneumonia, including confirmed COVID-19 infection. The difficulties arising in connection with the re-profiling of the provision of the treatment and diagnostic process, compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological rules in relation to patients, patients or contacts with a new coronavirus infection, required the mobilization of professional, diagnostic, medicinal and technical resources. The article describes the experience of nurses in the conversion of a multidisciplinary hospital to an infectious diseases hospital.
