Abstract:

The clinical case of pregnancy in rudimentary uterine horn is presented. Early diagnosis of pregnancy in rudimentary horn (ultrasound, 3D ultrasound, MRI) allows to prevent such life-threatening complications as rupture of a rudimentary horn, followed by intraperitoneal bleeding. The main method of treatment is the excision of a rudimentary horn.
